The sector
It is estimated that there are around 2000 to 3000 professional roleplay actors in the Netherlands. The NVvT offers advice to those that would like to pursue a career in roleplay acting (guide to choosing a roleplay acting course). The association also raises awareness of what roleplay actors do and it has an overview of academic articles underpinning the value of roleplay acting in learning and development training.
